Training Info

If for any reason you are unable to attend any session please ensure that you inform your coach as soon as possible by emailing Coaching Team

It is the recommendation of the coaches that flippers, fins, pull buoy, hand paddles, finger paddles, Finis pulling ankle strap/leg band, snorkel, kick board and net bags are purchased for performance squad swimmers. This is not compulsory and the club will continue to provide flippers as required.   
Club will be offering additional training sessions to Performance swimmers over and above the weekly training schedule.   The cost for this additional training is not covered in the Club Fees and swimmers will be informed of additional training and cost in advance.  If swimmers wish to attend additional training they must commit to attend all sessions and pay in advance.

All Performance Squad swimmers are to be on poolside 15 minutes before the session starts to commence pre-pool stretching.

* For Platinum Squad at the weekends half of the group will swim the Saturday session and the other half will swim the Sunday session.  This will be rotated on a monthly basis.
